Families in Maryland caring for children with intellectual and developmental disabilities have an incredible opportunity for support in 2026. The Fello Family Fund Grant Application is now open — but applications must be submitted by February 21st.
If your family could benefit from financial assistance for a specific service or item, this may be a wonderful resource.

What Is the Family Fund?
The Family Fund is designed to provide direct financial support to eligible families who need assistance accessing important services, equipment, or resources for their child.
Maximum funding amount: $2,000
One item or service per application
Only complete applications will be considered
Applications are reviewed by the Family Fund Committee
What the Fund Does Not Cover
Please note that the following expenses are not eligible for funding:
Home improvements or renovations
Bill or utility payments
Groceries
Personal care items
Debt payments
Services previously funded
Be sure your request clearly fits within eligible guidelines before applying.
Who Is Eligible?
To qualify for the Family Fund, families must:
Reside in the state of Maryland
Live in a county supported by Fello programs
Have a child with an intellectual or developmental disability
Child must be 21 years old or younger as of January 1, 2026
